1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. ELORVESSA reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with a full refund where applicable.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure complete discretion. ELORVESSA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original hygiene-sealed packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refund unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
