ELORVESSA FIT EDUCATION

Put it on. Adjust it. Check how it feels.

A few careful adjustments can make a noticeable difference to comfort. Use this guide to position your bra, then check the band, straps, cups, centre and underwire.

Good to know: Fit varies by product, construction and body shape. This guide is general guidance and does not replace a verified product-specific size chart.

MovementYou can sit, move and breathe normally.

THE EASY ROUTINE

How to put on your bra

Work through these six steps in order. The goal is secure positioning without pulling, pinching or excessive pressure.

Step 1

Loosen the straps

Start with enough room to put the bra on without pulling or twisting the straps.

Step 2

Fasten the band comfortably

Choose a hook position that feels secure without digging. A new bra is commonly started on the loosest comfortable hook.

Step 3

Keep the band level

Check that the band sits at a similar level across the front, sides and back rather than riding upward.

Step 4

Settle the cups gently

Lean forward slightly and guide the breast tissue comfortably into each cup without pulling or pinching.

Step 5

Adjust each strap

Shorten or lengthen the straps until they stay in place without digging into the shoulders.

Step 6

Do a final comfort check

Move your arms, sit down and take a few normal breaths. Look for slipping, spilling, gaping or painful pressure.

SEE THE ADJUSTMENTS

Three details worth checking

These visual examples show the adjustments that make the biggest difference before you judge the fit.

PAUSE & RECHECK

Signs the fit needs attention

One of these signs does not automatically tell you the exact cause, but it is a useful reason to review the adjustment, size, cup shape or style.

  • The band frequently rides up at the back.
  • The straps repeatedly fall or dig into the shoulders.
  • The cups show significant spilling, folding or empty space.
  • The centre feels uncomfortable or does not sit as intended for that design.
  • The underwire presses painfully or shifts during normal movement.
  • You feel restricted while breathing or moving normally.
