Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At ELORVESSA, your satisfaction matters deeply. We have designed this policy to be as simple, fair, and discreet as possible — because we understand the nature of what you are purchasing.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0316 6794895 or email us at info@elorvessa.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you may request an exchange upon delivery.

2. Exchanges

We offer size and style exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.
  • The original hygiene seal must be intact and unbroken.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp at 0316 6794895 with your order details and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process quietly and without any awkwardness.

3. Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with broken hygiene seals.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at 0316 6794895 with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Packaging & Discretion

All exchanges and returns are handled with complete discretion. Return packaging will be plain and unbranded, just like your original delivery.
