Two accurate measurements
Measure twice. Record once.
Use a soft measuring tape and wear a non-padded or lightly padded bra. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Step 01 • Underbust
Snug, directly below the bust
Breathe normally. The tape should feel secure without digging in, twisting or sloping upward.
Step 02 • Overbust
Gently around the fullest point
Let the tape rest against the body without compressing the bust. Stand naturally.

Why is the calculator only a starting estimate?
Fabric, stretch, cup shape, construction and manufacturer sizing can change how a bra fits. Product-specific guidance and the fit on your body take priority.
Can I enter the cup difference instead of full bust?
Yes. The second field accepts either your full overbust measurement or the difference between overbust and underbust. The calculator detects which value you entered.
What if I fall between sizes?
Compare the estimate with the nearby sister sizes and choose the band that feels secure with cups that contain the bust smoothly.
Will my measurements be saved?
No. The calculator runs locally in your browser.
