At ELORVESSA, every order is handled with care, privacy and clear delivery expectations.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver eligible orders across Pakistan.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are normally verified and processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Courier operations, public holidays, weather, security conditions, remote locations or high order volumes may require additional time.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: Rs 200 for orders below Rs 5,000.
• Free delivery: Qualifying orders of Rs 5,000 or more.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout and may require phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp verification before dispatch.

Discreet packaging

Orders are packed in plain outer packaging without product details on the exterior.

Tracking and delays

Tracking or dispatch information is shared when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and a courier delay does not automatically qualify a dispatched order for cancellation or refund.

Non-refundable delivery charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If a parcel must be re-dispatched because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, unavailable recipient or customer refusal, a new delivery charge may apply.

Exchange courier charges

For an approved exchange, the customer pays the courier cost of sending the item to ELORVESSA and the delivery charge for the replacement parcel. An exception may apply where ELORVESSA confirms that an incorrect, damaged or defective item was supplied due to our error.
