Why intimates are hygiene-sealed

Intimate apparel sits closest to the body, so hygiene matters more than with any other clothing. To protect your health and the health of every customer, our intimate items are individually hygiene-sealed before they leave us.

What the seal means

Sealed or worn items can’t be returned

For everyone’s safety, once the hygiene seal is broken — or an item has been worn or washed — it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard practice for intimate apparel worldwide and keeps every order safe for the next customer.

You can still request a size exchange on eligible items if the seal and tags are intact — see our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

How we handle & pack your order

• Products are stored in clean, dry conditions away from contamination.
• Each intimate item is inspected and hygiene-sealed before packing.
• Orders are packed by hand with clean handling and care.
• Everything is sealed inside plain, unbranded, discreet packaging.

Your safety comes first

If you ever receive an item where the seal is damaged on arrival, please don’t use it — message us straight away with a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
