How do I find my correct size?

What if I’m between sizes?
It happens often. Our fit team can help you choose based on the style and how you like things to feel — just reach out privately and we’ll guide you.
Are your sizes true to the chart?
Our placeholder measurements will be finalised with production. Until then, the Fit Quiz and our team are the most reliable way to land the right fit.
Can someone help me privately?
Always. Our female-led fit team answers on WhatsApp — calmly, discreetly, and without judgment.
Hygiene & Returns
Are products hygiene-sealed?
Yes. Every piece arrives freshly hygiene-sealed for your comfort and peace of mind.
Can I return innerwear?
For hygiene reasons, opened innerwear can’t be returned. Unworn, sealed pieces can be exchanged for a different size — see our exchange steps below.
How do size exchanges work?
If the fit isn’t right, message us within the exchange window and we’ll arrange a calm, simple swap for the correct size, subject to availability.
Is the exchange process discreet?
Completely — no awkward conversations, and the same neutral, unbranded packaging both ways.
Delivery & Discretion
Is my parcel discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in a neutral, unbranded mailer with a discreet sender name — nothing reveals the brand or contents. Read more on Discreet Delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Karachi, with wider coverage rolling out. If you’re unsure about your area, just ask us on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines will be confirmed at launch. Our team will always keep you updated on your order, privately.
Can I have it delivered to my workplace?
Of course. Because the packaging is neutral and unbranded, your privacy is protected wherever it arrives.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?
Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer are available. Card payments via Safepay are coming soon.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — COD is a fully supported, working option at checkout.
How does Bank Transfer work?
Choose Bank Transfer at checkout and you’ll receive our account details to complete your payment. Once confirmed, your order is processed.
Is online card payment available?
Card payments through Safepay are coming soon and are clearly marked as not yet live. For now, please use COD or Bank Transfer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help.
