Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges made simple, hygiene kept safe
We want the fit to feel just right. If your size isn’t perfect, we’re happy to exchange unworn items — while keeping everything hygienic and safe for every customer.
Size exchanges (within 7 days)
If the size isn’t right, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed, in its original condition.
- With all original tags still attached.
- With the hygiene seal fully intact and unbroken.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability in your requested size. If your size isn’t available, we’ll help you find the best alternative.
Items we cannot accept back
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a faulty item, or something different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you:
- We’ll arrange a free replacement of the correct item.
- We cover return shipping when the fault is ours.
- Just message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can help quickly.
Who pays return shipping
- Our mistake (defective or wrong item): we pay return shipping and the replacement delivery.
- Size exchange (preference): a small return/redelivery charge may apply, which we’ll explain clearly before you confirm.
How to request an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you’d like.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share the next steps.
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll dispatch your exchange.
Typical timeline: requests are reviewed within 1–2 working days, and exchanges are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of us receiving the item.
