About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed with ELORVESSA, a premium intimates brand based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling directly to customers across the country. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Hygiene Policy and Privacy Policy.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown clearly at checkout.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only confirmed once we accept and process it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or delivery details cannot be verified. If we cancel a prepaid order, any amount paid is refunded.

Payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Bank transfer.
  • Safepay online payments — coming soon.

We never store your full card or bank account numbers. Online payments, once available, will be processed securely by our payment provider.

Product information

We take care to describe products and show colours accurately, but slight variations in colour or measurement can occur due to screens and the nature of fabric. Please use our size guide before ordering.

Returns, exchanges & hygiene

Because we sell intimate apparel, hygiene rules apply to returns and exchanges. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy and Hygiene Policy for full details before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ELORVESSA is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
