Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — to homes and workplaces in every major city and town.

Delivery timeframes

  • Karachi: same-day or next-day delivery where possible.
  • Rest of Pakistan: usually 2–4 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays.

Dispatch time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. You’ll hear from us as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping charges

  • A flat shipping charge applies to orders below Rs 3,000.
  • Free delivery on all orders over Rs 3,000.

Your exact shipping charge is always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Payment options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your parcel arrives.
  • Prepaid — bank transfer or online payment.

Discreet packaging

Every order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents on the outside. Nobody but you will know what’s inside.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, we share your tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Courier partners

We work with trusted nationwide couriers including Leopards, PostEx and TCS (indicative — the courier used may vary by location and availability).
